Company Background
Incorporated on 8th November 2022, Ample Grain Development Sdn Bhd (AGD) is a dynamic and innovative property developer in Malaysia. AGD is the result of a strategic joint-venture between two esteemed entities, C-Ampy Development Sdn. Bhd. and Grain Development Sdn. Bhd.
The major shareholder – C-Ampy Development Sdn. Bhd, has a notable history in construction linking back to its parent company – C-Ampy Construction Sdn. Bhd which was established in 1985. With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, C-Ampy has been a key player in delivering successful projects and earning the trust of clients and stakeholders alike.
Grain Development Sdn. Bhd complements this partnership with a wealth of experience in the field of architecture and project consultancy. With close to 20 years of combined experience, the team in Grain Development brings innovative design concepts and client-focused solutions to AGD’s projects.
AGD’s core business centers on the design and development of industrial properties across Malaysia. Recognizing the crucial role of the industrial sector in the nation’s economic growth, AGD is committed to creating state-of-the-art industrial spaces that meet the diverse needs of businesses and industries.
